Hand to hand combat
Bodyguards use IZH-71 and MP-71 pistols, as well as Saiga-9 and VEPR-12 Molot carbines. Individual weapon mastery is developed: the first shot, reloading, shooting from different positions and on the move, from behind cover, from a car, including through its windows, as well as changing a carbine to a pistol.
Warm-up, practicing strikes, practicing attacks with weapons, sparring. At the beginning and at the end of the course, fighters take tests according to the standards. Regular martial arts training contributes to the development of such important qualities for a bodyguard as high reaction, composure, coordination of movements, endurance, not to mention the general state of physical fitness and maintaining the body in constant tone.
Bodyguard Tactics
In this discipline, an employee learns to understand how to work with a protected person, where to stand in relation to the car, which hand to open the door, in what order to walk in relation to the protected person, drive a car, enter into the elevator, etc. In general, actions are practiced, recorded and analyzed in various situations when working with a protected person in order to understand in what sequence and how to act in various cases.
Countersurveillance
On an ongoing basis, our employees, specialists from special forces and invited consultants conduct lectures and exercises on the topic of counter-surveillance. Thanks to the development and expansion of the center, Sigma-Profi Group employees own the most common sniper rifles and clearly know the procedure for repelling a sniper attack. In this discipline, an employee learns to understand how to identify external surveillance and how to avoid it. During the consultations they tell you what to pay attention to, what external surveillance consists of, who can potentially carry out surveillance, how to get rid of it, etc.
Practical shooting
Lectures and exercises on first aid are conducted on an ongoing basis with our current instructors, doctors and invited consultants.
Various issues of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, application of tourniquets (tactical and conventional medical), intravenous injections are considered; basic methods and techniques of first aid; methods of resuscitation; methods of transportation and evacuation of victims in normal and extreme conditions. In this discipline, employees learn to provide first aid to themselves, a protected person, or a person in trouble.
In this discipline, our employees learn how to avoid being chased and improve their safe driving skills. In practice, various tactics are studied: active and passive safety in the car, correct landing and techniques for steering, braking, turning 180°, turning back, rearranging, evading pursuit, etc.

The discipline includes the artificial creation of stressful situations for security officers in conditions of tunnel vision, close combat for a bodyguard, repelling an attack on a protected person, actions in a difficult operational situation, parachute jumping, practicing escorting a client using airsoft equipment.
